Easter

Here are the easter eggs that Rayden colored. We didn't color very many but Rayden had fun anyway.

Of course Rayden had to play on the slides at the park after the egg hunt. He loves going to play park and I have a feeling we will be spending a lot of time there this summer with baby brother.

Rayden loved running around the park trying to find the easter eggs. He had a hard time understanding at first what was going on and passed up many eggs. It was funny to watch!

Here is Rayden with his Easter bunny bag he made at Preschool.

Easter wasn't very eventful for the Riddle family this year. Randy was home all weekend in bed with the flu and the weather outside was windy and cold. Rayden and I did manage to go to the egg hunt at the park and then we decorated eggs.

Puzzle Time

Rayden has been getting really good at doing puzzles. I bought him one the other day that I thought would challenge him but he put it together for the first time in about 15 min. Needless to say it wasn't very much of a challenge. His preschool teacher says he can do the puzzles at school that the four year olds have trouble doing. I guess for a mom that makes me feel pretty pleased! Now if only I can get him to talk as good as the four year olds, or the three year olds for that matter.

Diploma

I can now say that I have accomplished one of my long-term goals!!! I thought the day would never come but I finally received my diploma in the mail today. Actually, I wasn't expecting it to come for another couple of months so it was a nice little surprise! If all goes well with my pregnancy, which it has so far, then I will be walking at graduation in Virginia in 1 1/2 months!! I can't wait for a vacation! It seems like a million years since I actually went on a real vacation!

Old McDonald had a Farm!

I have been having nightmares about farming ever since Randy mentioned the idea of having a farm. At first I kept thinking (and secretly hoping) that it was just a phase and that he would eventually forget about the idea, but it keeps getting worse! Now he is actually looking at and pricing different tractors! Maybe he has just been spending too much time at work feeding the cows!! I can only hope that all this farming business will blow over, or else I might just be stuck in Mis..souri the rest of my life!
